인권경영헌장(국문)
한국국제보건의료재단 인권경영헌장
한국국제보건의료재단은
국제협력 증진과 인도주의 실현을 통해 글로벌 건강불평등 해소에 앞장서고,
건강한 세상을 함께 만들기 위해 사명을 다한다.
이를 위해 우리는 기관의 모든 경영활동 과정에서
임직원이 준수해야 할 행동규범 및 가치판단 기준으로서
다음과 같이 인권경영을 선언하고 그 실천을 다짐한다.
- 하나. 우리는 UN 세계인권선언 등 인권에 대한 국제기준 및 규범을 존중한다.
- 하나. 우리는 인간의 존엄과 가치를 존중하고 인권 보호 및 향상을 위해 노력한다.
- 하나. 우리는 임직원을 포함한 이해관계자에 대하여 인종, 종교, 장애, 성별, 출생지, 나이, 정치적 견해 등을 이유로 차별하지 않는다.
- 하나. 우리는 국내외 환경 관련 법규를 준수하고 환경보호를 위해 노력한다.
- 하나. 우리는 직원의 결사 및 단체교섭의 자유를 보장한다.
- 하나. 우리는 노동원칙을 준수하며 안전하고 건강한 근무 환경을 제공한다.
- 하나. 우리는 인권침해를 사전에 예방하기 위해 적극 노력한다.
- 하나. 우리는 인권침해 발생 시 고충 상담 및 구제 절차를 통해 피해자 구제를 우선으로 한다.
- 하나. 우리는 사업 활동에서 영향을 받는 현지 주민의 생명권, 안전에 대한 권리, 재산권 등을 존중하고 보호하기 위해 노력한다.
- 하나. 우리는 협력기관을 공정하게 대우하고 협력 기관이 인권 경영을 실천하도록 지원하고 협력한다.
- 하나. 우리는 업무상 수집한 개인정보를 보호하며 이해관계자의 정보 접근권을 보장한다.
인권경영헌장(영문)
KOFIH Human Rights Management Charter
The Korea Foundation for International Healthcare is committed to leading the way in eliminating global health inequalities by promoting international cooperation, realizing humanitarianism, and fulfilling its mission to create a healthy world together.
To this end, we adopt human rights management as a standard of behavior and value judgment to be observed by employees in all management activities of the organization and pledge to uphold it as follows:
- First, we respect international standards and norms on human rights, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
- Second, we respect human dignity and value and strive to protect and enhance human rights.
- Third, we do not discriminate against stakeholders, including employees, on the basis of race, religion, disability, gender, place of birth, age, political opinion, etc.
- Fourth, we comply with domestic and international environmental laws and regulations and strive to protect the environment.
- Fifth, we guarantee employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining.
- Sixth, we comply with labor principles and provide a safe and healthy working environment.
- Seventh, we actively work to prevent human rights violations in advance.
- Eighth, we prioritize victim relief through grievance counseling and remedy procedures in the event of human rights violations.
- Ninth, we strive to respect and protect the right to life, right to safety, and property rights of local people affected by our project and business activities.
- Tenth, we treat our project and business partners fairly and support and cooperate with them to practice human rights management.
- Eleventh, we protect personal information collected in the course of our project and business and ensure stakeholders' right to access information.
