On May 14, 2025, KOFIH held a joint evacuation drill for disaster preparedness with tenant organizations in the Health and Welfare Administration Town from 30 minutes from 2:00 pm.

The drill was designed to strengthen the ability to respond quickly in the event of a large-scale disaster, such as an earthquake or large fire, and to familiarize all employees with behavioral tips for real-life situations.

The drill was conducted under the assumption that a fire broke out on the 18th floor of the Health and Welfare Administration Town, and all employees of the tenant organizations, including the KOFIH’s employees, participated in the drill, which consisted of ▲ sending an emergency alarm ▲ evacuating using the emergency stairs ▲ gathering at the evacuation site ▲ and spraying water at a joint outdoor fire hydrant.

In particular, through the cooperation of the fire station, the employees were able to learn how to use the outdoor fire hydrants and practice water sprinkling, and they were able to check their practical response capabilities by learning the action manual in the event of a disaster.

KOFIH will continue to hold various disaster response drills to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
